We handle full house tear-downs, partial demos for room additions and remodels, interior gut-outs for renovations, and hardscape removal — pools, patios, concrete, detached garages, and ADUs.

How much does it cost to demolish a house?
It depends on size, material, access, and whether utilities need disconnects. Most Inland Empire single-family tear-downs fall between $12K and $35K including haul-off and final grade. Free on-site walk gets you a real number.
How long does a house tear-down take?
From permit-in-hand to final grade, most single-family tear-downs take 3–7 working days. Pool fill-ins run 1–3 days. Interior gut-outs depend on square footage and whether you're saving finishes.
Do I need a permit?
Yes — California requires a demolition permit from your city building department. We pull the permit as part of the job and handle utility-disconnect coordination.
Do you disconnect utilities?
We coordinate the disconnects with SoCal Gas, SoCal Edison (or your power utility), and your water provider before demolition begins. On some projects the homeowner schedules directly — we'll let you know which applies.
Do you haul the debris yourselves?
Yes. Debris haul-off, recycling, and dump fees are included in our standard pricing. No separate haul bill.
Can you demo just the interior for a remodel?
Yes. Selective interior demolition is one of our most common residential scopes — kitchen-only, bath-only, full strip-to-studs, or custom scopes for GCs.
What about asbestos on older homes?
Pre-1980 homes can contain asbestos or lead paint. If suspect materials are identified during our walk-through, we coordinate with a licensed abatement partner before demolition begins — per SCAQMD Rule 1403 in the LA basin.
